Venison Burger

This is a very easy, you only need two ingredients and can be made with any venison (deer, elk, moose) meat.

Ingredients:

3 pounds Venison
1 pound Bacon

Directions:

Before you weigh your venison, trim all the fat and silver skin off. Weigh out 3 pounds, and cut into small pieces to fit in your grinder. Cut your Bacon into similar sized pieces, mix both meats together. Grind your meat mixture, and package it up. 

​Tip: Any time you are using a grinder, make sure the meat as well as the grinder is as cold as possible.
