Season 1
Passing on Traditions
Hunting is a tradition linking us to our ancestors. In this episode I (Dustin) get to pass on the tradition and love for the outdoors to my son, Adam. Adam will be using my dad's old .243 hunting rifle, something I watched my dad hunt with all my life. I feel like this has bonded or links all three generations. We wrap things up in the kitchen, creating a Venison-wellington. |

Birthday Boar
We step back in time to Adam's 6th birthday, and his gift of a trip to Wilderness Hunting Lodge in Tn. This will be Adam's first out of state hunting trip, guided hunting trip, and boar hunt. With the time remaining, I slip in a Corsican ram hunt. Finishing things off with smoked pork chops. |

Redemption
Everyone knows my love for muzzle loader hunting, so I'm hunting the family farm during late season muzzle loader season. With a misfire my first night, will I get redemption my second night? Later we move to the kitchen where we will be making Mac & Cheese stuffed Venison burgers. |

Birds, Guns, Bucks, and Crossbows......oh my
Long time friend Keith, Adam and I visit Quail Hollow Hunting Preserve. Adam tries new things from camera man to shooting a shotgun and harvesting his first quail. We jump a few hours south to meet Todd and join him on a crossbow hunt on his family's farm. I than try making something different in the form of a Pheasant Cordon Blu. |
