Loaf Bread

If the thought of warm bread straight out the oven as the butter melts over it, doesn't make your mouth. I'm not sure if you're on the right site.
Ingredients:

3 packages Dry Yeast
2 Tablespoons Sugar
3 ½ teaspoons Salt
¼ cup melted Butter
2 cups warm Water
All-Purpose Flour

Directions:

Pour the warm Water in your mixer bowl, and let that warm your bowl while you measure out everything but the Flour. Mix those ingredients in the Water with a fork, and let it sit for about 10 minutes to let the Yeast activate and bubble up. Then slowly start adding your just small batches of Flour, while you are mixing with the hook attachment. When the dough forms, and doesn't stick to the sides or you your done. Remove the bowl and cover the top to let it rise, you can leave it alone for anywhere from 3 hours to overnight.

I find this is enough to make 2 loafs in my cast iron loaf pans. So divide the dough into 2 balls, and place in your greased loaf pans. Let them rise again for about 2 to 3 hours this time. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 400 degrees, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and spread / brush your butter of choice over the hot loaf.
