French Toast Casserole

When I make bread (recipe over in "Bread" section), I save one loaf just to make this.
Ingredients:

½ cup (1 stick) Butter, melted
1 cup Brown Sugar
4 Eggs
1 ½ cups Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Thick sliced Bread
Powdered Sugar and Cinnamon

Directions:

Mix the melted Butter and the Brown Sugar in a 9x13 inch pan, and spreading it out evenly. In a bowl mix the Eggs, Milk, and Vanilla together and set aside. Lay the first layer of Bread in the 9x13 inch pan, than spoon half of the Egg Mixture on top, followed by sprinkling a layer of Cinnamon on top. Repeat this with a second layer of Bread, remaining Egg Mixture, and Cinnamon. Cover with aluminum foil and put it in the frig over night so that it can set up.

The next morning, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Leaving the foil on, bake for 30 minutes. After the first 30 minutes remove the foil and bake for 15 more minutes. Remove and sprinkle with Powdered Sugar and more Cinnamon.
