Ingredients:
1 cup finely chopped Onions 1 tablespoon minced Garlic 1 pint Apple Butter 1 cup Ketchup 2 tablespoons Mustard 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce |
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper 2 teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar 1 cup packed Brown Sugar 1 teaspoon Paprika |
Directions:
Over medium heat, sauté the onions until translucent. Add the minced Garlic, and cook for another minute.
In a sauce pot, stir all the ingredients together and bring to a simmer. Turn heat down and let simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
At this point you are able to can all or part of the sauce. If you aren't caning any, let sauce cool.
