Season 3 Episode 6
We start out with Adam's first ever fly-fishing trip and Dustin getting to check fly-fishing the Great Smokey Mountain National Park off his bucket list. Then we jump on board with Clint's Striper Guide Service on Smith Mountain Lake and wrap things up with an amazing recreation of The Best Italian restaurant's (in Gatlinburg, TN) garlic knots.

We start off on the lake with Clint's Striper Guide Services, catching everything from bass to catfish. We then move to the woods for some more turkey hunting. Ending up in the kitchen frying up some fresh catfish with hushpuppies.

Jason and his son Griffin are trying their hand at a spring gobbler, lets watch as Giffin takes his first bird! We than hope on a boat with Adam, Jason, and Dustin for some striped bass fishing on Smith Mountain Lake but get ran off the water from a thunderstorm. Let try something different as Dustin uses some fresh striped bass to make fish tacos
Season 3 Episode 3
We meet up with Dell for a Javelina hunt in the Arizona desert. Then jump across the country to hope on a boat with Adam and Dustin for some cat fishing in Hopewell, Virginia. We then join Dell for his favorite jerky recipe,
Season 3 Episode 2
The guys visit Smith Mountain Game Farm again, but for a little trout fishing action this time. Once everyone has caught a few fish, we join Dustin around the campfire to grill a trout.

Season 3 Episode 1
Join us as we kick season 3 off, spending a few days with Smith Mountain Game Farm in Union Hall, VA. A wonderful tower hunt with pheasants, ducks, good food, friends (new and old), and just an all-around great time. We then find Dustin around a campfire where he tries his verson of a Tea Side Parmo with some of the pheasants he brought home.

We are closing out this season with an all-food special! We do a breakfast fatty using venison sausage. And we try venison heart two different ways, fried and hibachi over rice. We hope this inspires you to try new recipes with your game meat.

Remember Todd? Yea, that guy! We join him for a crossbow hunt, Then Adam sleeps thru a squirrel hunt. Finally, we make Venison Meatball subs
Season 2 Episode 3
Adam has had a rough start this year. He missed Youth Weekend here in VA due to his blood sugar reaching 700 and having to spend a week in PICU. GOD knows our little buddy needed this, his personal best (to date). We hit the kitchen for a kind of tradition in our house, making vegetable/venison soup as we butcher it.

Simply a miracle hunt all around. My father had 3 major stokes in 2012, leaving him paralyzed. This is his muzzleloader which has been loaded since he last used it in 2012, or longer. Fast forward to 2020, and as everything unfolds. Then join us around the campfire as we roast fresh tenderloins.

Kicking off our second season with Dustin making an impossible shot with the crossbow. Back on the water for another striped bass trip, and we introduce Dell to the group as he cooks a rattle snake!

Wrapping up our first season here with a muzzleloader hunt, and our first striped bass fishing trip. Cooking some of those bass into nuggets for the finally. Thank you to all that has watched and supported us thru this first season.

We start things off with a little bird hunt, and Adam even getting a chance to shoot at a bird. Then the introduction to Todd, one of the men behind the music featured on our show, and his crossbow hunt. Ending with a Pheasant Cordon Blu cook, that turns out amazing.

It's late muzzleloader season here in Virginia, and we have an issue with a miss fire. Hopefully we can recover from that, then move on to a Mac & Cheese stuffed Venison burger.

We step back in time a little to Adam's 6th birthday, and our trip to Wilderness Hunting Lodge in TN. Adam takes a wild hog on his birthday, and with the time we have left I harvest a beautiful Corsican Ram. And what better way to finish things than smoked wild pork chops on the grill.

Passing on Traditions! I couldn't think of a better way to start things than watching my son (Adam) using his grandfather's hunting rifle. Wrap things up with a Venison Wellington cook, but with a few changes.
