A few weeks ago someone posted on one of our social media pages a comment that basically stated the hunting for sport is for cowards, but unfortunately for this particular persons comment this is not true of what we here at HLO do.
Although we have started posting videos and photography featuring animals we have harvested, never do we promote or support hunting for sport. It’s not something we believe in.
All of us involved in HEADLINE OUTDOORS want to promote a better understanding of the outdoors and the outdoor lifestyle.
From the company’s we work with and support to the animals each of us harvest during the season, we want to put a positive message out there for all of our fans and followers.
We harvest and eat every animal we hunt. No one within our group kill only for trophies. To be honest, I have yet to collect a trophy form any of my hunts. I have a personal limit to the number of animals I will take during the season.
I have had experience with people that hunt just to kill an animal.  I have had poachers hunt on my family’s private and posted land only to kill the animal and leave it laying in the fields.
I can understand that not everyone agrees with those of us that choose to hunt, but I do hope that in the future; if you disagree with what we do that is your choice, but please do your homework before you bash us for something we don’t do.
Stay safe out there.
