Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, dissolve the Sugar and Yeast in the Water. Add the Bisquick and mix until smooth. Dust your surface with flour and knead the dough for about 10 minutes. Shape into rolls and place on a greased baking pan. Cover with a towel and let them rise for about an hour. Brush the melted butter over the top before baking for about 12 to 15 minutes before removing and brushing more butter over the top.
