I know your thinking "Wow that's a ton of garlic!" Trust me just try it. Just look at the garlic alone, my mouth is watering now.
2 to 3 Chicken Breast ½ cup Olive Oil 2 tablespoons Olive Oil 40 cloves of Garlic, peeled Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Toss with the 2 tablespoons Olive Oil and brown on both sides in your cast iron skillet over high heat. Remove from the heat; add the ½ cup of Olive Oil and Garlic. Cover with a lid or aluminum foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours. You’re supposed to let it rest for 5 minutes, but who can wait? The garlic will be soft and can be spread like butter on toast.
